By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We provide professional commercial cleaning across London, including office cleaning, after-build cleans, sparkle cleans, and specialist services. Domestic services are limited to window cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleans, and carpet cleaning.
2. Bookings & Deposits

Bookings are confirmed once we issue written confirmation.

For one-off jobs (after-build, end of tenancy, carpet, etc), we require a 30% deposit to secure the booking.

For contract clients, invoicing terms are agreed separately.
3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 7 days of invoice date.

Invoices unpaid after this period may incur late fees and interest.

For monthly commercial contracts, invoices are typically raised at the start of each month, with 30-day payment terms.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the agreed fee.

If our team is unable to access the property at the agreed time, a £25 failed access fee will apply.
5. Refunds & Re-Cleans

If you are unhappy with the service, you must notify us within 48 hours.

We will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Refunds are only considered if a re-clean is not possible.
6. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe access and working conditions.

Inform us of hazards or special requirements in advance.

Remove or secure personal/fragile items.
7. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
